The working language during the conference ICEST will be English. It will be used for presentation and discussion. Participants should send their articles in English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided. The proceedings of the conference will be edited in form of a pdf file, freely available on the web-site of the conference after its ending, and a book in limited edition, mainly deposited to libraries and archives.
